Go to any corporate and they say that they need good
managers at the entry level. Go to any B
School this year, there are tons of students who have completed their MBAs
and are not placed yet!
That there is a mismatch of requirement and availability is
an understatement! But before we understand this anomaly and understand what
the B Schools
are doing to overcome this, it may be worth to go through some of the serious
issues plaguing MBA education
in India.
